Job description

About the Role:

As Sales Manager, you'll spearhead our business development initiatives in the casting and forging industry. You'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities while working with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Lead key account management and business development initiatives
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Participate in industry trade shows and client visits
  • Drive contract negotiations and ensure delivery excellence
  • Provide detailed sales forecasts and performance reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain market positioning

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Industrial Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5-8 years of sales experience in heavy industry, particularly in casting and forging
  • Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes and materials specifications
  • Proven track record in business development and account management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems (Sales Force)
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
