Job description

We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic Sales professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

As a Sales Manager, you are responsible for implementing all sales activities and maximizing business opportunities in your specific area of responsibility. The role involves executing all sales action plans and includes key responsibilities such as:

  1. Ensure comprehensive coverage of your portfolio, engaging all levels of managerial and departmental executives for thorough client servicing, achieving targets, and maximizing productivity.
  2. Implement and execute sales objectives and action plans to meet and exceed set targets.
  3. Establish parameters, prepare quotes, and negotiate prices with customers for transient and group business related to the properties.
  4. Promote and generate sales leads within your respective areas.
  5. Provide feedback on changing market conditions, including competition trends, through direct sales, telephone, and direct mail in your market areas.
  6. Maintain files of major accounts and assist superiors in managing the accounts system.
  7. Adhere to selling strategies during negotiations and maximize upselling opportunities whenever possible.

Skills, Education, Qualifications & Experiences

You should hold a degree in sales and have a minimum of two years of post-graduate work experience, ideally within the hotel industry. You must be computer literate, possess excellent presentation skills, and have highly sophisticated communication skills, both written and oral, with proficiency in English. Additional language skills would be an asset.
