Duties and Responsibilities

1. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
2. Build new customer base and retain existing customers by providing excellent customer service
3. Visit and advise new customers from respective markets
4. Identify new areas for business expansion
5. Ensure collection of outstanding dues from customers
6. Safeguard company assets in respective markets
7. Supervise sales team and their sales operations
8. Understand customer needs and offer support/solutions after discussion and approval from seniors

Qualifications and Knowledge

1. Bachelor's Degree
2. 8-15 years of experience (FMCG experience preferred)
3. Good written and verbal communication skills
4. Languages: English, Hindi, (Arabic preferred)
5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
