  2. Achieve personal and team sales goals as assigned.
  3. Implement hotel-level tactical sales plans to achieve greater profitability by increasing average rates, overall occupancy, business volume during off-peak periods, and enhancing the hotel's image in the local community.
  4. Develop and maintain good relationships with officials and representatives of local community groups and companies, attend out-of-town conventions and trade shows to promote new business and increase sales.
  5. Produce monthly reports and sales forecasts for your assigned area.
  6. Participate in forecasting and goal setting, contribute to the annual budget process, and develop sales and marketing plans.
  7. Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments, including all hotel departments. Review daily business levels, anticipate critical situations, and plan effective solutions with department heads.
  8. Interact with outside contacts such as guests, airlines, wholesalers, corporate accounts, travel agencies, ad agencies, and community groups to ensure satisfaction and generate new business.
What We need from you:
  • At least 4 years of experience in hospitality or hotel sales and marketing, working with large or diverse market segments, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Fluent in Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus.
