Job Description - Sales Lead - LK (00970A)

Responsibilities:
  1. Establish a good relationship with distributors and wholesalers’ management and teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain departments.
  2. Finalize agreements and recommend the terms of customer contracts.
  3. Follow up on all ordering processes and needed documents, including logistics and finance, in coordination with EPS, FZE, and CME teams.
  4. Monitor customers’ payments and accounts receivable, ensuring that the DSO is within the targeted range.
  5. Prepare sales/booking and orders status/progress reports for distributors.
  6. Collect sales/stock reports from customers and consolidate them into one report on a monthly basis.
  7. Follow up on all campaigns for residential products LS (WD, VDI, and CMS) and FLV (LC, MCB, ECB, SS).
  8. Suggest training/small seminars for customers and coordinate with Marketing for scheduling.
  9. Consistently update literature and promotional tools for all customers (all showrooms of distributors) and ensure the best visibility of SE at their showrooms.
  10. Prepare monthly reports for monthly activities, sales, partners, WS news, competency, etc.
  11. Achieve targeted bookings for LS distributors.
  12. Maintain DSO for LS distributors.
  13. Ensure SE visibility at distributors’ and wholesalers’ showrooms.
  14. Provide timely quality reporting (booking, sales, stock, and monthly reports).
  15. Drive growth in existing channels or via new ones.
