We are looking for a dynamic Sales Lead to oversee and manage the sales operations of our construction company, with previous experience in MEP, Water and Wastewater, and Solar projects. The Sales Lead will be expected to drive revenue growth and play a key role in achieving the company's sales targets.


Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
  2. Identify new business opportunities and establish new contacts with potential clients.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects.
  5. Identify market trends and customer needs to provide feedback and insight to the management team.
  6. Manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting to the management team.
