Nestlé Waters KSA – Almanhal Water Factory (Position based in Almanhal Water Factory - Jeddah Industrial City)

Main Purpose of Job

In this position, you will actively seek out and engage customers prospects to boost growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Planning sales continuously to grow sales in designated territory and customers by maintaining relationships with current customers and penetrating new customers in the market.
  2. Achieve assigned sales target by promoting and selling the company’s product and ensure after-sales services.
  3. Handle customer issues and resolve observations whenever possible or escalate them to the responsible manager to ensure they are dealt with effectively.
  4. Assist in market research, market analysis, and competitive analysis to identify threats and opportunities and propose marketing plans and activities accordingly.
  5. Prepare reports on closing activities, follow-up, and growth against targets.
  6. Develop and maintain a customers’ database for high standard customer service and sales growth.
  7. Assist in promotional and special marketing initiatives to promote the brand of the company.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  1. High School level education or Bachelor is a plus or related equivalent education level.
  2. +1 year of related experience preferably in the FMCG sector.
