Our client is a prominent life sciences organization in Saudi Arabia. They are hiring a Saudi National - Sales Insurance Manager to oversee and develop strategic partnerships with insurance providers.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Build and Manage Insurance Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies to secure coverage for pharmacy products and healthcare services. Negotiate contract terms to maximize mutual benefits.
  2. Oversee Contract Management: Review, update, and manage all insurance agreements, ensuring full compliance with contractual obligations and identifying areas for enhancement.
  3. Assess and Address Customer Needs: Analyze customer requirements for insurance coverage and ensure these needs are met through effective agreements with providers.
  4. Coordinate with Internal Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure thorough understanding and proper implementation of insurance agreements. Provide training and awareness to front-line employees.
  5. Enhance Billing and Collection Processes: Design and implement improved billing and collection procedures to ensure timely payments from insurance companies.
