Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Executive (Leisure) to support our leisure sales team. The ideal candidate will assist in generating new leisure business, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Support the development and implementation of leisure sales strategies.


  2. Identify potential leisure clients and assist in generating new business opportunities.


  3. Maintain regular communication with existing leisure clients, including travel agencies and tour operators.


  4. Assist in organizing and conducting sales presentations, site visits, and promotional events.


  5. Prepare sales proposals and assist in negotiating contracts.


  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent client service.


  7. Track sales activities and assist in preparing reports and forecasts.


  8. Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities.


  9. Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.


  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in leisure or hospitality sector.


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Customer-focused with a proactive sales approach.


  • Good presentation and negotiation skills.


  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.


  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings.
