Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Aftermarket Spare Parts Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling spare parts and aftermarket services to existing and prospective customers. Your goal is to ensure customer satisfaction, maximize sales opportunities, and contribute to the overall growth of the aftermarket business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their spare parts needs.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the aftermarket segment.
  • Provide technical support and product recommendations to customers.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, orders, and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product inventory, pricing, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, service, procurement) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in aftermarket or spare parts.
  • Technical background or understanding of mechanical/electrical components is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Oracle & CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
