Who We Are
M. Crystal Contracting Co. is a specialist provider of fiberglass (FRP) lining, industrial coatings, sand-blasting, and maintenance solutions for frac tanks, acid-transport tanks, chemical-storage tanks, vessels, and piping across Saudi Arabia.
Role Purpose
We’re looking for an energetic Sales Executive who can open doors with oil-field service companies, tank farms, and industrial plant owners—then close deals for our coating and lining services. The first three months are a paid trial (contract) period focused on proving your ability to bring in new projects. Successful performers will be offered a permanent position (iqama transfer, basic salary + commission, and full company benefits).
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and visit prospective clients in the Eastern Province (Jubail, Dammam, Abqaiq, Hofuf).
- Develop and execute a personal sales strategy: cold calls, site visits, LinkedIn outreach, and tender tracking.
- Understand client pain-points and translate technical service scopes into winning proposals (with in-house engineering support).
- Negotiate commercial terms, follow up on quotations, and close projects to meet monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and opportunity data in our CRM / Excel tracker.
- Coordinate kick-off meetings between client, project, and QA/QC teams.

Skills
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience in coatings, industrial services, oil-field supplies, or related sectors (we’ll consider strong fresh graduates with the right attitude).
- Presentable, upbeat, and genuinely people-oriented—your smile closes doors before your pitch starts.
- Confident public speaker able to explain technical concepts in plain language.
- Goal-driven, organized, and “street-smart” in Saudi business culture.
- Valid Saudi driving licence; own car is a plus.
- Transferable iqama (for permanent hire) preferred.
- English & Arabic fluency.
