Job Description

Contribute to achieving the company's objectives by following the sales plan and developing customer business aligned with the company's vision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Achieve sales, coverage, average price, and focus targets set by management; analyze daily achievements.
  2. Take and process customer orders using the designated mobile application.
  3. Develop additional volume products; maintain contact with customers to understand their requirements and difficulties, providing solutions that can be enhanced by MHP.
  4. Visit outlets according to the approved Route Plan; submit photo reports and set goals for subsequent visits.
  5. Present and sell products according to the planned volume and assortment for the period.
  6. Enhance profitability by securing basket orders from special price customers.
  7. Prepare and submit quotations/tenders for potential customers, considering price, volume, period, and SKU.
  8. Add new SKUs to existing customers to increase coverage depth regularly.
  9. Respond promptly to customer complaints regarding product quality and quantity; document issues and submit complaints to management promptly.
  10. Monitor delivery times and inform management of any delays.
  11. Gather competitor information, including price monitoring, daily.
  12. Update customers promptly about price changes.
  13. Identify and add new potential customers with good payment backgrounds on a permanent basis.
  14. Collect and prepare all necessary documents for processing new customer onboarding into the system.

Requirements

Qualifications and experience

  • Diploma in a related field or at least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of practical experience in a similar industry position.
  • Age range: 23 – 35 years.
