Should have prior experience in Sales for facility management and constructions projects; it will be good if previously worked for a facility management company.
Acting as a point of contact between customers and the company.
Generate new sales opportunities by cold calling, networking, and client/associate referrals.
Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences if needed.
Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for improvement.
Negotiate terms of sales and agreements and close deals/agreements with clients. Handle complaints or objections.
Gather market and customer information to figure out client needs.
Respond to client queries and resolve their objections to get them to make an agreement.
Follow up on all outstanding RFPs and estimates with clients.
Create proposal documents as part of the formal bidding procedure.
Provide customers with detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations.
Inspect the quality of the services as needed.
Maintain sales quota for each quarter and year as provided.
Maintain sales records and provide monthly sales reports.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Submit a daily report of visits done with details of visited clients.
Native Arabic & should be good in speaking English.
Working 6 days a week.
Should be responsible for all regions of Saudi, preferred a Riyadh resident.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 2-5 years of proven sales experience in facility management or a related industry, demonstrating a strong sales track record.
Experience in B2B sales with a focus on service-oriented businesses, particularly in facility management services.
Strong understanding of facility management practices, including maintenance, cleaning, security, and space management.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools to track and manage client interactions effectively.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and build lasting relationships.
Strong negotiation skills, with a results-oriented mindset to close deals effectively and efficiently.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility in a dynamic sales environment.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus, especially in regions with diverse clientele.
