Job Title: Sales Executive – Building Materials

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Abha. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building materials sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients in the construction and contracting sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell building materials (cement, steel, paints, pipes, insulation, waterproofing, etc.) to contractors, consultants, and project clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Visit project sites, contractors, and distributors regularly to generate leads.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and sales orders.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide excellent after-sales support.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the building materials industry.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and finance teams for order processing, delivery, and payment collection.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update management on market activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales of building materials or construction products in Saudi Arabia.
  • Good network with contractors, builders, and suppliers in the Abha region.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and/or English.
