Key Duties
Execute full-cycle sales: outreach, discovery, presentation, and closing
Build trust with leads and guide them through a high-stakes buying process
Deliver compelling value propositions tailored to franchise candidates
Provide insights to improve the pitch and positioning
Support new sales reps as we grow the team
Qualifications
2+ years in a closing role (healthcare, B2C, or franchise experience a plus)
Bilingual: Fluent Arabic and English required
Adept in virtual communication and remote selling best practices
Highly organized and accountable CRM user
