Job Description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting the company's products or services, developing long-term client relationships, and executing sales strategies to increase revenue. The role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  1. Promote and sell company products/services to existing and prospective customers.
  2. Achieve sales targets and objectives within designated timelines.
  3. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  4. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions based on solid product knowledge.
  5. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  6. Analyze market potential, track sales, and prepare reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.
  7. Address customer problems and complaints promptly to maximize satisfaction.
  8. Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and training sessions as required.
  9. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer contacts, and follow-ups.
  10. Stay updated with industry best practices and promotional trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A chemical background is preferable.
  • Minimum of 2 years proven sales experience in a similar role.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • CRM systems knowledge is a plus.
