Job Description

A leading provider in the global shipping and logistics industry is seeking a Sales Executive to join its team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing new clients, developing existing accounts, and supporting customer service and operations to ensure top-tier service delivery. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to revenue growth in a fast-paced, international environment.

About the Client:

With a robust global network and a reputation for delivering reliable, efficient shipping and logistics solutions, the company offers comprehensive services including NVOCC, container logistics, freight forwarding, and specialized cargo services. The organization is committed to growth, innovation, and delivering high service standards in key global markets, including the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Secure new customers while maintaining and developing existing accounts across the KSA region.

  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets set by the department.

  • Keep accurate records of customer information and sales visits.

  • Conduct regular visits to existing clients to validate service levels and explore new revenue opportunities.

  • Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Operations, and Documentation teams to ensure seamless execution of contracts.

  • Promote the company s full range of logistics and shipping solutions and coordinate sales efforts with other business units.

  • Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments in coordination with the Finance Controller.

  • Maintain updated customer profiles and diligently follow up on sales leads.

  • Achieve individual KPIs and performance targets assigned by the company.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2 to 4 years of proven sales experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • A valid Saudi Arabian driving license is required.

  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
