Job Description

Key Accountabilities

1. Develop and implement sales plans across Riyadh, Jeddah, and Eastern Province.
2. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
3. Identify new B2B opportunities and grow existing accounts.
4. Build strong relationships with food service clients.
5. Conduct regular customer visits and handle inquiries and complaints.
6. Ensure excellent after-sales service and coordination with operations.
7. Present and demonstrate frozen bakery products to clients.
8. Educate customers on product usage, storage, and preparation.
9. Stay updated on product launches and gather feedback.
10. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
11. Submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
12. Participate in strategy meetings and assess promotional efforts.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Advanced English proficiency is required (both written and spoken).
3. Minimum of 3 years sales experience in Food and Beverage, bakery, or hospitality industry.
4. Strong network within Saudi Arabia's HORECA and retail sectors is a plus.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
6. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
7. Valid driving license; willing to travel locally.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian food service industry.
2. Experience with frozen food products.
3. Understanding of food safety regulations and standards.
4. Familiarity with bakery production processes.
