Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in AlUla, Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals
  • Conduct daily targeted sales calls to potential clients and develop new business leads
  • Prepare and maintain a monthly list of accounts to penetrate for upcoming periods
  • Plan and conduct a minimum of two site inspections or entertainment meetings per week with qualified potential or new accounts
  • Monitor competitors' rate strategies, account penetration, and marketing activities to maintain a competitive edge
  • Negotiate contracts to achieve optimal profit and rates for the company
  • Up-sell, cross-sell, and promote company facilities and services to maximize sales revenue
  • Attend industry events and local community business functions to network and maintain high visibility
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns and materials
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including calls, meetings, and follow-ups in the CRM system
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business leads to the Director of Sales & Marketing
  • Stay informed about local business culture and practices in AlUla to tailor sales approaches effectively

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or related industry
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
  • Analytical mindset with a talent for identifying market trends and opportunities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Resilience and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry and current market trends
  • Familiarity with local business culture and practices in AlUla, Saudi Arabia (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
