Responsibilities :
  • Builds and manages long-term customer relationships and partnerships, ensuring customer satisfaction through executing the sales process.
  • Seeks out, qualifies, and closes new sales opportunities, focusing on new business growth.
  • Utilizes applicable sales tools effectively to plan, document progress, and increase business growth. Leverages Carrier sales process to close sales quickly.
  • Verifies new proposals and bids with the manager prior to customer presentation. Negotiates value and impact to the customer’s business under specific direction to close sales.
  • Negotiates terms & conditions to optimize Accounts Receivable (A/R) and ensures adherence to Carrier financial standards. Keeps the manager informed of marketplace changes and customer progress, calling for assistance as needed.
Minimum Requirements :
  • Engineering graduate, preferably Mechanical
  • 2-3 years of direct sales experience
  • Experience in HVAC and Sales is a must
  • Self-motivated, team player, result-oriented, with effective communication skills.
