POSITION - Sales Engineer - Mechanical

FREE RECRUITMENT

Role & responsibilities

• Generation of new leads for SKF Bearings, Housing, Oil Seals, V-Belt & MAPRO items.
• Generation of new leads by visiting end users & plant mappings.
• Arranging seminars & technical presentations to customers.
• Segment-wise define the customers and visit on a regular basis, generate the enquiries, convert other brands to SKF business.
• Identifies current and future customer requirements.
• Quotation preparation, submission, follow-up, and conversion to orders.
• Engage in adaptation and application-based selling.
• Establish new accounts by identifying potential customers.
• Promotion of products to customers through presentations and roadshows.
• Review bid documents and prepare bids.
• Preparation of sales reports for weekly, monthly, and yearly review.
• Extensive focus on achieving targets.
• Maintain regular focus on delivery and payment collection.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum Competence Requirement
• Graduate in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5 years of experience in sales & marketing in a Bearings Company.
• Experience in selling bearings.
