Job Description:
- This position is accountable for promoting and selling a broad range of Industry channel products and cross-selling under the direction of the Industry Sales Leader.
- Account management of OEMs and IADs in the Central region.
- Develops new sales opportunities and addresses the needs of both new and established accounts.
- Utilizes excellent product and customer knowledge to educate customers on pricing, application advantages, and how they meet customer needs.
- Responsible for developing and implementing sales and market strategies and monitoring performance against goals.
- Manages programs to identify and develop new markets and opportunities for SE through channels.
- Responsible for regional sales targets and performance from OEMs and IADs.
- Ensures growth and profitability of existing offers/solutions and maximizes market share and profitability.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Formulates, recommends, and communicates policies and objectives to ensure effective sales operations within Industry Channels.
- Ensures prompt and accurate handling of all orders and customer communications; takes appropriate action to resolve sales problems.
- Prepares and commits to forecasts of orders and sales from OEMs and IADs in the Central region.
- Promotes and develops a strong team spirit, positive attitude, and customer focus to support cross-selling.
- Platforms the customer database, conducts targeted visits, and aligns with the bFO country KPI of Time in the Field.
- Provides reliable data quality for opportunity management.
- Understands customer values, application requirements, and the competitive environment, and anticipates their evolution.
- Motivates Industry Channels to achieve their annual targets.
- Supports market demand created by indirect OEMs and control panel builders; challenges the OD team to maintain healthy stock levels.
- Develops and maintains up-to-date knowledge of the channel market and competitive products, applying this knowledge to customer needs.
- Maintains high customer satisfaction through increased accessibility, timely communication, accurate order placement, tracking, and follow-up.
- Implements channel and merchandise programs.
- Promotes and develops strong team spirit, positive attitude, and customer focus to support cross-selling.
- Provides reliable data quality for opportunity management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with 4-6 years of relevant market experience.
