Job description

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in equipment rental markets (construction, industrial, manufacturing, etc.).
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, project managers, and other potential clients
• Identify new business opportunities and grow the client base within the assigned territory.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and equipment rental contracts.
• Conduct site visits to assess client requirements and recommend suitable rental solutions.
• Provide expert advice on the selection of rental equipment based on customer needs (e.g., cranes, excavators, generators, aerial lifts).
• Conduct equipment demonstrations and explain technical specifications, capabilities, and safety features.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and contracts.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in equipment rental sales (construction equipment, industrial machinery, etc.).
• Technical knowledge of heavy equipment/construction machinery.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English is a plus.
