Responsibilities:
- Educate prospects about the company's solutions and demonstrate the advantages over competitors.
- Provide pre-sales technical support to sales teams and clients through product demos, calls, and onsite visits.
- Drive the pre-sales process, working collaboratively with prospects to close deals and increase order values while ensuring all business requirements are met.
- Assist the sales team during the proposal process, ensuring that technical recommendations align with customer needs.
- Support Account Management, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, ensuring customers understand new features and how they can add value to existing installations.
- Gather customer feedback to help shape future product updates.
- Manage responses to RFPs/RFIs from start to finish.
- Participate in team training, coaching, and mentoring activities.
- Present at webinars and in-person events.
- Handle escalations to ensure the success of POV/POC projects.
- Provide feedback to product management to help guide the strategic development of the company's technology.
- Travel up to 50% for customer and partner engagements.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent, or 4+ years of relevant experience in customer success or sales engineering.
- Exceptional customer soft skills.
- Strong familiarity with key cybersecurity concepts (WAF, IPS, IDS, firewalls, proxies, encryption, system hardening).
- Strong familiarity with key information security concepts (e.g., phishing, social engineering).
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational communication skills with the ability to interact favorably with customers. Must be personable and possess high personal integrity.
- Independent, self-starter who takes responsibility for the results of their Sales Pod and can think outside the box to provide custom solutions when needed.
