Sales Engineer

• Sales Strategy & Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in fire alarm and firefighting systems, focusing on commercial, industrial, and residential sectors in Riyadh and Saudi Arabia. Develop relationships with contractors, consultants, and facility managers.
• Technical Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to assess needs and design fire protection systems compliant with NFPA standards and Saudi fire safety regulations. Prepare tailored proposals, BOQs, and technical documentation.
• Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed quarterly/annual sales targets through proactive lead generation, pipeline management, and strategic negotiations.
• Market Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes. Represent the company at trade shows, seminars, and client meetings.
• Project Coordination: Liaise with engineering, project management, and installation teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
• After-Sales Support: Provide post-sale technical assistance, address client concerns, and foster long-term partnerships.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: 5–10 years in fire alarm/firefighting systems sales, with a proven track record in the GCC/Saudi market.
• Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of NFPA standards (e.g., NFPA 72, NFPA 13, NFPA 2001) and Saudi fire safety codes. Engineering degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Fire Safety) preferred.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English (mandatory); Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage for client engagement.
• Market Insight: Familiarity with Riyadh’s construction and infrastructure landscape. Existing network in the region is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated with a driver’s license for client visits.
