Job Responsibilities
- Present technical and commercial proposals to potential clients in the field of concrete poles.
- Communicate with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up on technical proposals and discuss technical details related to concrete poles.
- Prepare pricing offers and commercial contracts in collaboration with the technical team.
- Monitor order execution and ensure timely product delivery.
- Provide technical support to customers throughout different project phases.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to achieve sales targets.
- Stay updated on the concrete pole market and customer needs to offer innovative and suitable solutions.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Prepare periodic reports on sales performance and target customers.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the concrete pole or construction industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to understand and clearly explain concrete technologies and products.
- Organizational skills and effective time management.
- Proficiency in Arabic (English proficiency is an added advantage).
- Ability to travel and work at different client sites.
