About the Job
The Sales Engineer preferred to have experience in sales in the Field of Electronics, Electrical equipment, UPS, IT, and IT Materials & cables (fiber and copper).
Duties and responsibilities
- Presenting, promoting, and selling the company's products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Seeking and identifying new customers, new projects, and finding sales opportunities.
- Maintaining and keeping strong relationships with existing customers and suppliers.
- Work with customers and engineering consultants to obtain material approval.
- Performing cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships.
- Follow up on sales quotations with customers, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Follow up on customers’ purchase orders to ensure materials are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
- Support the sales and O&M team to resolve technical issues.
- Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Preparing and submitting weekly & monthly sales progress reports.
- Other sales efforts as directed by the Sales Manager.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has B.SC. Degree in Engineering, marketing, or equivalent.
- Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales projects for Electronics, Electrical equipment, UPS, DC Chargers, IT, and IT Materials & cables (fiber and copper).
- Experienced in ABB, GE, Schneider, Socomec, and/or equivalent.
- Has excellent organizational and sales skills.
- Experienced in sales within Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and other locations within KSA.
- Has strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
- Is proactive and self-driven, with a passion for sales and market exploration.
- Has excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Is fluent in speaking and writing in English.
