Job Objective:Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling ready-made and customized solar energy systems. Provide technical support to customers both inside the showroom and on-site, ensuring a professional customer experience that enhances the company’s reputation and market share.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and assist customers in the showroom, identifying their technical and budgetary needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of solar energy products and solutions, including panels, inverters, batteries, and mounting structures.
- Design customized solar solutions based on client requirements (residential, commercial, or industrial).
- Prepare and follow up on technical and commercial proposals until the deal is closed.
- Conduct site visits when needed to take measurements or provide preliminary consultations.
- Maintain post-sale communication with clients and coordinate with execution and customer service teams.
- Coordinate with suppliers and technical teams to keep product knowledge up to date.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales, opportunities, and customer behavior analysis.
- Participate in renewable energy exhibitions and industry-related events.
Qualifications Required:- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in solar energy system sales or similar electrical equipment.
- Good knowledge of solar system design and applications.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and PVsyst is a plus.
- Excellent communication and sales skills, with the ability to deal with diverse customer segments.
- Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office programs.
