Qualifications

• خبرة سابقة في إدارة المرافق أو إدارة المواد مرغوبة بشدة.
• مهارات قوية في التواصل والتفاوض مع العملاء.

Responsibilities

• تطوير قاعدة بيانات العملاء الحالية والجديدة.
• إجراء مسح للسوق ودراسة المنافسة.
• إعداد التقارير اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية.

Job description

We have 2 Job openings one in Jeddah and one in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

1. Develop additional and existing clientele database
2. Source for new clients, assist in costing and proposal draft and negotiation
3. Daily, weekly and monthly report for clients visit and proposal updates
4. Manage with Finance customers’ accounts and dues
5. Conduct market survey and study competition
6. Participate in events and exhibitions as required
7. Support in budget preparation
8. Ensure that customers inquiries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner
9. Maintain a good working relationship with the team on the ground
10. Monitor customers' satisfaction by contacting them and surveying their feedback on the provided service

Job Requirements

• Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective leads
• Willingness to travel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Previous experience in Facility Management or Material Management is highly desirable
