Our Client is looking for a Sales Engineer, this role will be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
- Presenting our client, increasing the brand awareness, delivering compelling presentations and demos
- Marketing and selling their product range to the prospects and existing customers
- Creating new leads
- Visiting existing customers, potential companies and the customers of competitors, exhibitions
- Choosing the right equipment according to the needs of the customer managing the complete sales cycle – prospecting, quote preparation & follow up, order execution and payment collection.
- Collect and document competitive intelligence and making market analysis
- Using the CRM efficiently by creating new records, keeping the existing records up to date, reporting daily activities and plan the activities through CRM tools.
- Partnering with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute sales activities to reach sales budget and driving revenue growth
Requirement and skills:
- Engineering degree from a reputed university with distinction (Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical engineer)
- Minimum 2 – 4 years proven work experience as a Sales Engineer in the KSA.
- Experience with industrial goods – motors, machines, pumps etc.
- Proven track record selling industrial equipment to engineering companies, EPC, OEMs, trading companies and business partners (not to end users)
- Technical solution selling approach
- Willingness to travel and making daily visits
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Matching customer requirements to proposed solutions
- Fluent in English and Arabic is a plus, customer-oriented
- Good knowledge of pumps and concepts, liquid chemicals and industrial processes are a plus
- Experience of working with the contractors in Water treatment, additional experience of channel/agent management is a plus
- Has a valid KSA driving license.
