About this Position: As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for executing sales strategies aligned with the Strategic Business Unit (SBU) goals, ensuring business growth through customer acquisition and retention. You will work closely with customers and distributors, providing technical solutions while maintaining strong relationships to drive revenue and profitability. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, technical knowledge, and customer-focused problem-solving.

What you’ll do:
  • Implement local sales plans aligned with SBU strategy to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Manage and execute customer roadmaps in the CRM tool (ACE) to track and close growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
  • Collaborate with Technical Customer Service (TCS) to conduct line trials and resolve customer issues.
  • Deliver Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Organic Sales Growth (OSG) and Profit Contribution (PC%) in the assigned territory.
