Your role

As a Sales Engineer, your mission is to drive sales growth for our business by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs. You will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with the engineering and product teams to ensure the successful implementation of sales strategies.

You will
  • Implement the AGA Division market strategy.
  • Maximize sales of Oil Free Air High Pressure products to current and new customers within Saudi Arabia.
  • Ensure sales targets are met in units and revenue.
  • Increase market share in the assigned territory through proactive sales approaches.
  • Recognize High-Pressure applications and define potential markets.
  • Provide input to product and business managers for improvements.
  • Monitor project progress against schedule and milestones, coordinating with project engineers and proposing remedial actions if delays occur.
  • Support Atlas Copco’s goal of "sustainable productivity".
  • Provide timely and accurate sales and market information.
  • Develop good relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Plan and prioritize sales activities and customer contacts to achieve business objectives.
  • Support sales with effective data provision, including planning, visit records, and reports via CRM.
  • Interact with the aftermarket team to ensure good after-sales service and customer satisfaction.

Educational Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of equipment sales experience.
