Job Description
Job Purpose: Jobs at this level are responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships, driving sales operations, forecasting demand, formulating short and long-term strategies, developing partners, negotiating partnerships, driving quality audits, and improving distribution effectiveness for major scale accounts. They are also responsible for leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring that the needs and expectations of assigned customers are met by the company.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with major accounts and businesses across various sectors such as Banking, Finance, Insurance, Energy, Construction, Industrials, Media, IT, Telecom, Health & Education, acting as a single point of contact for all provided services.
- Negotiate client contracts/services, including duration, commitments, discounts, and opportunities closures to increase revenues and reduce costs.
- Develop detailed account sales strategies and plans for all provided services related to managed accounts.
- Identify new opportunities and liaise with Business Development to pursue them, leading and improving RFP responses.
- Develop and expand different business/services to drive revenue growth for managed/key accounts.
- Create and update account plans based on client needs and requirements.
- Provide input on sales plans and performance to Product Management, Marketing, and Sales Planning to support new product/service development.
- Identify customer requirements and ensure delivery within specified requirements, managing customer orders effectively.
- Lead major tender processes and establish contractual agreements by coordinating with relevant sectors and legal units.
- Oversee delivery of solutions tailored to customer needs, ensuring satisfaction with services provided.
- Manage logistical contract activities and review documentation for major proposals to maximize win rates.
- Develop short and long-term plans in coordination with relevant units based on current and future needs.
- Support device supply chain operations including ordering, procurement, and delivery.
- Monitor the implementation and activation of services during all delivery stages.
- Address and resolve technical, operational, or logistical issues during activation.
- Track customer issues and complaints, including billing, and document them in CRM.
- Monitor service orders and address potential delays in coordination with stakeholders.
- Coordinate sales strategies with account managers, influence new product development, and ensure delivery of tailored solutions.
- Support training for sales staff and monitor work processes for quality improvements.
- Track performance against KPIs, pre-empt issues, and implement corrective actions.
