Key Responsibilities

1.Strategic Leadership

  • Sale Strategy Development:Create and execute sales plans,targeting growth and profitability.
  • Market Analysis:Identify trends, competitors and opportunities.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting:Establish sales budget and revenue projection.

2.Team Management

  • Sales team Leadership:Recruit、train、motivate and evaluate sales professionals.
  • Performance monitoring:Track sales metrics (e.g. conversion rates:sales revenue).
  • Coaching and Development:Enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Conflict Resolution:Address customers’ complaints and internal issues.

3.Commercial Management
