We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading and developing our sales organization, driving revenue growth, and implementing strategic sales initiatives across the region.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to maximize their potential and drive results
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and expand market share
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales objectives with overall business goals
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Forecast sales, set performance goals, and report on sales metrics to senior management
  • Optimize sales processes and implement best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows

Qualifications
