What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Aajil, you’ll be on the front lines of our sales engine—identifying, connecting, and qualifying prospects who can benefit from our BNPL solution.

You will:

Generate and qualify leads by researching and identifying potential clients in the Saudi construction and manufacturing sectors.

Initiate outbound outreach via phone, email, and social channels to spark interest in Aajil’s trading solutions.

Engage prospects in discovery conversations to understand their business needs, challenges, and eligibility for BNPL trading.

Manage your sales pipeline effectively using CRM tools—setting appointments, following up, and keeping detailed records.

Collaborate closely with Account Executives by passing on qualified leads and sharing key insights to help close deals.

Track performance metrics and report progress toward weekly and monthly targets—aiming to exceed goals consistently.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a driven, self-starting sales professional with the ability to connect, persuade, and qualify opportunities in a fast-paced, high-opportunity environment.

You should have:

1–2 years of sales experience in a quota-carrying or outbound sales role. Experience inselling to SMEs is a major plus.

Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce to manage lead flow and communication.

A proven track record of exceeding sales targets, demonstrating a growth mindset and results-driven mentality.

Strong communication skills in Arabic and English—you can build rapport quickly and explain complex solutions clearly.

A proactive and resilient approach—you’re not afraid of rejection and love the challenge of opening doors.
