Job Title: Sales Coordinator (Catering)

Job Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle client inquiries via phone, email, or in person
2. Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and contracts
3. Maintain and update customer databases and sales reports
4. Coordinate between kitchen, logistics, and client for order execution
5. Support the sales team with administrative tasks and presentations
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in catering or hospitality sales (mandatory)
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
4. Valid residency (Iqama) and currently residing in Saudi Arabia
5. Must be available to join immediately
6. Strong organizational and time management skills
7. Arabic language skills are an added advantage
