Job description

POSITION: SALES COORDINATOR

LOCATION: Jubail, Saudi Arabia

TOTAL SALARY: Up to SAR 9,250 AED

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Coordination: Coordinate with the sales team to gather information for quotations and proposals. Prepare and send accurate and timely quotations to clients. Follow up on Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure processing and fulfillment. Submit approved quotations/POs to Operations Coordinators/Section Heads for implementation.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Register and track customer inquiries in the sales management system. Follow up on pre-qualification requirements with the Center of Excellence (CoE).
  3. Tender Management: Act as the focal point for technical and commercial tender preparations. Manage the Itimad and other government/clients portals for tracking inquiries and tender submissions. Ensure all tender documents are complete and submitted on time. Maintain records related to tender submissions.
  4. Sales Reporting: Generate monthly sales reports detailing performance and pipeline status. Maintain and update the sales pipeline with current information.
  5. Administrative Support: Assist in organizing sales meetings. Maintain organized records of sales documents and correspondence. Support the sales team with prequalification and follow-ups. Handle customer billing and supplier invoice processing as applicable.
