Job Description

A Sales Coordinator will support the Sales team in administrative tasks, customer service, and sales lead development to foster future and repeat business.

What will I be doing?

As a Sales Coordinator, your responsibilities include:

  • Identifying new contacts and developing sales leads to maximize revenue
  • Understanding hotel amenities, packages, and promotions
  • Generating and developing sales leads and building business relationships
  • Producing quotations and confirmations for clients
  • Providing accurate reports on appointments, calls, and leads to the Sales Director and management
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction and resolving issues to ensure repeat business
  • Arranging hotel show rounds
What are we looking for?

Ideal candidates should possess:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in IT tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • A proactive approach to meeting deadlines and targets
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills

Preferred qualifications include:
