Overview of the role:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our Material Handling Equipment division in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). You will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying client needs, offering tailored equipment solutions, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.

What you will do:

  • Develop new business opportunities across various industries for material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet trucks, and warehouse solutions.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing customers and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining healthy profit margins.
  • Manage CRM updates, prepare sales reports, and ensure accurate sales documentation.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed on industry trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (service, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and after-sales support.
  • Monitor outstanding payments and follow up to ensure collections remain within agreed terms.
  • Participate in sales training programs to strengthen product and market knowledge.

Skills

Required skills to be successful:

  • Strong B2B sales experience, preferably in material handling, industrial, or heavy equipment sectors.
  • Sound knowledge of the sales process, including consultative selling and solution development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with CRM systems.
