We are seeking a dedicated Sales Consultant to drive revenue generation through achieving or surpassing monthly and quarterly sales targets. This role is crucial for business development, fostering relationships with channel partners to meet departmental objectives. Additionally, the Sales Consultant will play a key role in providing efficient support services to departmental and business heads, ensuring streamlined operations and client satisfaction to drive business growth and achieve strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain goodwill, confidentiality, and trust with clients to foster the professional image of the Partnership. Maintain regular contact through scheduled meetings and update calls.
- Promote the project via private meetings, public events, and forums.
- Handle enquiries and close sales by following best practices in client qualification.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay informed of market conditions and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Monitor potential projects and assist in winning new projects as needed.
- Ensure client visits and viewings are conducted professionally and in accordance with client protocols.
- Make daily calls to clients for at least three hours and maintain records in Knight Frank’s CRM system.
- Coordinate with international IPM teams for project updates.
- Organize events and promotional activities locally and internationally.
- Assist in planning project campaigns and initiatives.
- Identify and manage relationships with key connectors and referral partners to increase awareness and sales.
- Represent the project and uphold Knight Frank's values through ethical practices.
- Compile monthly reports on project-specific applicants.
- Maintain current knowledge of market and competitive schemes.
- Collaborate with other departments for information sharing and cross-selling.
- Administer sales procedures, record transactions per RERA regulations, and manage sales progression with buyers and solicitors.
- Ensure timely reporting and documentation, complying with REGA rules and regulations.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Responsibility for delegate management tasks.
- Understanding of regional business culture and regulations.
- Proficiency in computer and information technology systems, including Knight Frank internal systems.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- MRICS certification is desirable but not required; a valid local driving license is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word (Mail Merge) and Excel (data analysis and graphing).
- Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are advantageous.
- Flexible attitude towards travel requirements.
