We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives across the Middle East markets, based in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our distribution network, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales of electrical products including switchgears, lighting solutions, water pumps, ceiling fans, and related electrical items.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Development: Identify and develop new distribution channels, dealers, and strategic partnerships across the Middle East region. Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, the competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement region-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets. Prepare and execute business plans, sales forecasts, and budgets for the Middle East region.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, and distributors. Act as the main point of contact for partners in the region and provide after-sales support as required.
- Product Promotion & Branding: Work closely with the marketing team to promote the product portfolio through events, exhibitions, digital campaigns, etc. Ensure brand visibility and consistent messaging across markets.
- Reporting & Compliance: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market activities. Ensure all activities comply with local laws, business ethics, and company policies.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Experience: 2-4 years of proven sales/business development experience in electrical products within the Middle East. Strong network among electrical product distributors in the GCC region. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset. Proficient in MS Office.
- Language: English mandatory, Arabic preferred.

Additional Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in solar or renewable energy sectors.
- Understanding of solar components and system configurations (On-Grid, Off-Grid, PV-Diesel Hybrid).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze trends.

- Willingness to travel for business development and client meetings.
