We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales & BD Sales Manager to lead our operations and drive business growth in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the HVAC and air filtration industry, proven leadership in sales management, and established networks within KSA. Fluency in Arabic is essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a country-specific sales strategy aligned with regional and global goals to drive revenue growth and increase market penetration.
- Manage existing key accounts and build strong long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, facility managers, and government stakeholders.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in targeted sectors such as healthcare, oil & gas, commercial buildings, and manufacturing.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, highlighting key performance metrics and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product management, operations, and marketing) to ensure tailored customer solutions and successful project execution.
- Lead, coach, and support the local sales team (if applicable), fostering a high-performance culture and aligning them with company objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, pricing dynamics, and regulatory requirements to inform business decisions.
- Represent company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings across the Kingdom.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical practices, and compliance with local regulations.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10–25 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5–10 years in a leadership role within the HVAC, air filtration, or allied industries.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in the KSA market.
- Deep understanding of KSA’s regulatory environment, tendering processes, and customer landscape.
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; English proficiency required.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Ability to think strategically, solve problems analytically, and make data-driven decisions.
- Willingness to travel extensively within KSA
