Back Office Supervisor

This role is responsible for overseeing activities that drive business growth and ensure smooth operations. Key tasks include supervising projects, handling escalations, generating reports, tracking performance, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, high-quality task completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide team performance to meet business objectives.
  • Manage project processing, updates, claims, and marketing activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution.
  • Track project progress, meet deadlines, and maintain quality.
  • Generate and review management reports.
  • Handle escalations and communicate issues and solutions clearly.
  • Organize meetings to address challenges, updates, and strategies.
  • Maintain communication with external partners, handle inquiries and updates.
  • Oversee documentation, reporting, and data analysis for business operations.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide insights for improvement.
  • Review and manage performance, training, and progress reports across teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5-7 years of project management experience, preferably in payments or fintech sectors.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana).
