Job description

Job Title: Sales Associate

We are seeking outstanding Sales Associates to achieve desirable sales results at our new flagship boutique in Riyadh (Olaya Street). The role involves ensuring that sales targets are met monthly by mastering the sales process and demonstrating Mouawad's exceptional customer service standards.

Tasks and Duties:
  1. Customer Engagement: Greet and welcome customers, providing excellent service and product knowledge to generate sales.
  2. Store Preparation: Prepare the boutique for customers by checking showcases, displays, maintaining cleanliness, and monitoring inventory at the start of each shift.
  3. Appearance: Maintain immaculate grooming and professional appearance.
  4. Sales Negotiation: Handle price negotiations professionally, adhering to Mouawad's Discount Policy.
  5. Upselling and Cross-selling: Promote other Mouawad branches and suggest additional products during customer interactions.
  6. Reporting: Prepare daily sales and cash reports for management.
  7. Security and Display Maintenance: Follow the 5S methodology to maintain the showroom and secure jewelry in the safe at day's end.
  8. Event Participation: Respond to management projects, including attending events and exhibitions.
  9. Closing Procedures: Secure jewelry, lock the showroom, and activate security systems at closing time.
  10. Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  11. Market Feedback: Gather customer and market information, recording interests and preferences.
  12. Sales Targets: Achieve monthly sales goals as set by the showroom manager.
  13. Team Support: Assist colleagues during sales, providing necessary tools and monitoring jewelry security.
  14. Team Meetings: Attend meetings and share best practices.
