PURPOSE

The Ambassador of A. Lange & Söhne, inside and outside the boutique, is responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience. Working within a professional and dynamic team, the role involves achieving sales targets through creative and effective use of resources, retail, and CRM tools (iCM). The job also includes preparing monthly action plans, managing all stages of the sales process, and providing exclusive customer service aligned with brand standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. SALES
    Achieve personal sales goals in line with brand retail strategy, ensuring compliance with group procedures, legal, fiscal, and customs regulations. Maximize profit while controlling costs such as discounts, expenses, and commissions. Regularly review missed sales with management to improve future projections. Organize private viewings for VIP clients and discuss potential business opportunities. Develop action plans to meet personal targets.
  2. BRAND AMBASSADORSHIP
    Maintain excellence within and outside the boutique. Provide exceptional client service, continually learn about products and the brand, and become a reference point for the Maison. Demonstrate ambassadorial skills with clients, VIPs, and third parties. Ensure the boutique's appearance and visual merchandising align with brand standards and assist with new visual concepts.
  3. CUSTOMER & CRM ACTIVITIES
    Ensure service excellence at all times. Foster a positive atmosphere in the boutique. Participate proactively in VIP and order activities. Build genuine relationships with customers and expand the VIP and prospect database for sales and marketing. Handle client complaints carefully and coordinate repairs and after-sales services with the team.
  4. STORE OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
    Participate in stocktaking and ensure stock accuracy. Manage replenishment of stock and maintain timepieces through cleaning, servicing, and strap changes.
  5. FINANCIAL & CASH CONTROL
    Follow procedures and regulations regarding transactions, including credit card dealings and cash register operations.
  6. REPORTING
    Report opportunities and incidents promptly. Share ideas and best practices to improve boutique operations.
  7. TEAMWORK
    Share knowledge and assist colleagues. Participate in training and role-plays to enhance skills and customer experience.
