• Reporting to the Boutique Manager, acting as an ambassador of Van Cleef & Arpels' identity and expertise.
• Welcoming and serving all visitors and clients entering the boutique.
• Driving business by recruiting clients, developing their loyalty, and achieving sales objectives.
• Presenting our universe, history, creations, and sources of inspiration to grow client expertise.
• Offering personalized client relationships, anticipating their needs.
• Serving visitors by responding to all client requests, including after-sales services and care advice.
• Contributing to a positive team spirit and actively participating in daily boutique activities.
• Developing operational excellence by mastering in-store tools and adhering to commercial policies and procedures.
