Job description

Qualifications and Experience:

Has a bachelor's or master's degree in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field, plus 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Fully Automated Liquid Handling Instrument environment.

Skills and Competencies required:

  • Experienced and knowledgeable in Fully Automated Liquid Handling Instruments (ELISA, PCR setup, Liquid-liquid extraction, Solid phase extraction - SPE).
  • Experience with Automated Liquid Handling Instruments & Detection for clinical applications such as Analytical & Genomic segments.
  • Provide ongoing support and follow-up with end-users to address queries or needs and assist in troubleshooting.
  • Familiar with local markets and key stakeholders, preferably in the Southern Region.
  • Client-oriented with strong negotiation and persuasion skills, capable of establishing and maintaining customer relations.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales processes, and market trends.
  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, data analysis, and sales metrics.
