We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Head of Marketing & Sales to lead our marketing and sales efforts and drive our continued growth.

Job Summary:

The Head of Marketing & Sales will be a pivotal leader responsible for driving revenue growth and enhancing brand visibility through strategic and tactical marketing and sales initiatives. This role requires a blend of creative marketing expertise, strong sales and Customer Service acumen, great grasp on Financials and exceptional leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing teams, analyzing market trends, and executing campaigns that achieve measurable results.

Responsibilities:

1)Campaign Management & Execution:

·Lead the marketing team in developing and executing comprehensive social media campaigns to drive customer acquisition and engagement.

·Oversee the creation of compelling social media assets and content that aligns with brand messaging and campaign objectives.

·Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.

2)Financial Target Achievement:

·Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly financial targets.

·Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast revenue and identify growth opportunities.

·Collaborate with the Finance department to evaluate the feasibility of promotional offers and discounts.

3)Customer Service & Complaint Management:

·Lead and manage all customer service operations, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

  • Develop and implement protocols for handling customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and effectively.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the customer experience.

4)Growth Planning & Seasonal Campaigns:

  • Develop and recommend growth plans to expand the company’s market reach and customer base.
  • Identify and capitalize on seasonal trends to create and execute targeted campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.

5)Competitive Analysis & Trend Monitoring:

  • Monitor and analyze competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Stay abreast of local and global trends in the healthy food and e-commerce industries.
  • Use the gathered data to adjust the company strategies.

6)Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Operations, Finance, Nutrition) to ensure seamless execution of company initiatives.
  • Provide strategic input and support to other departments as needed.
  • Work to ensure all departments are aligned with the overall company goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within marketing and sales, preferably in the food or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing, digital advertising, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
