As a Sales & BD Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales growth by building relationships with B2B customers, understanding their needs, and providing suitable HR solutions. The ideal candidates are skilled communicators, goal-oriented, and passionate.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Achieve monthly and annual sales and business development targets.
  2. Implement effective business development campaigns.
  3. Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  4. Creatively promote the company’s programs and services.
  5. Follow up with leads and convert them into active clients.
  6. Prepare and deliver professional presentations.
  7. Manage client data using CRM systems.
  8. Participate in events, exhibitions, and business development initiatives.
  9. Prepare performance reports and analyze results to improve strategies.

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
